How much space is needed for a photo booth?
A 10x10 ft area is needed for a photo booth setup. This allows room for the booth, the backdrop, and space for guests to pose comfortably.
What time do you arrive to set up the photo booth?
We arrive 1 to 1.5 hours before your scheduled start time to set up. Setup and breakdown happen outside your rental hours, so your full booking time is spent with the booth running.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes. FlashCorner Photo Booths carries $1,000,000 in liability coverage. Many Long Island venues require proof of insurance from vendors, and we can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue on request.
How much is the deposit to book a photo booth?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and time. The deposit is non-refundable and secures the booth for your event.
What types of photo booths do you offer?
We offer three photo booth experiences. The Studio Booth is an open-air booth with a mirrorless camera and instant photo prints. The Glam Booth delivers black-and-white portraits with a skin-smoothing filter, inspired by celebrity red carpet photography. The Selfie Booth is our most popular option — an iPad-based booth that captures still photos and GIFs and sends them straight to guests' phones via text message. Prints are available too.
What areas do you serve on Long Island?
FlashCorner Photo Booths is based in Medford, NY and serves all of Long Island, including Nassau County and Suffolk County, as well as the greater New York City area.
Can we customize the photo template and start screen?
Yes. Every rental includes a custom start screen and a personalized photo template designed to match your event's theme, colors, or branding. Corporate clients can add company logos and event details.
How do guests get their photos?
Guests receive instant prints on-site and can send photos directly to their phone via text message. After your event, we'll email you the full gallery within 24 to 48 hours.
How far in advance should I book a photo booth?
Photo booths can be booked as much as a year in advance. Certain dates fill up quickly, especially in the spring and summer. We reserve dates on a first come, first served basis once a deposit has been made.
Does an attendant stay for the whole event?
